You convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada Group. You hold yourself accountable to achieve your store sales target, acting as proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs for both in store and on ecommerce channel. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liPlace the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need and request, providing them with an excellence service in accordance to the "client journey ceremony"; /li liBe driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store; /li liBe driven to exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service; /li liDemonstrate an excellence knowledge of the products as well as Prada / Miu Miu history, culture and DNA; /li liCapture Customer data into the Company CRM with the purpose of connecting to the client, maintaining and developing the relationships to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities; /li liEmbrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset; /li liBuild and maintain an ample knowledge of the world of luxury fashion by being constantly informed on fashion trends and competitors, with the purpose to be able to discuss them with the customers and to give advises; /li liTake ownership of resolving Client complaints liaising with the line manager and Client Service team, when necessary; /li liOperate with the highest level of care and respect for the Products; /li liUtilize Company digital tools actively to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience; /li liWork in synergy with the Back of House, participating to the daily operations of the store and maintaining an organized stock room; /li liAct in compliance to Company procedures on operational guidelines and stock procedures, as well as security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are proactively executed; /li liWork as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing Diversity and inclusion values. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul liPassion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers /li liProblem solving, curiosity and interest in luxury/fashion /li liExperience in a luxury or premium retail environment is a plus /li liBeing able to work in team, as well as alone /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liFluent spoken English expected /li /ul pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
