You will report to the Application Engineering manager and you will be part of the Sales Department. You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Uboldo (VA), Italy.
Mission of the role
A Proposal Engineer oversees the development, management, and submission of business proposals, ensuring they are compelling, compliant, and delivered on time.
You will be in charge of

- Coordinating the entire proposal process from start to finish, adopting a consultative approach and considering the broader system in which our products are integrated and expected to perform.
- Developing technical and commercial proposals by gathering, organizing and consolidating information from multiple departments, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Interacting with customers to clarify technical and application requirements and tailoring proposals to best meet their needs.
- Sharing and continuously transferring market and application knowledge within the Application Engineering team through training and knowledge‑sharing activities.
Education & Experience we are looking for

- At least 10 years in the role/similar role in medium/large companies preferable in the refrigeration sector

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
- Multitasking and Organization: Managing multiple proposals and deadlines efficiently.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Guiding teams and coordinating across departments.
