We are looking for a highly organized and quality-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards and continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, manage, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
· Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
· Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
· Conduct regular project reviews, audits, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 1-4 years experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
· Solid understanding of quality management principles and standards (e.g. ISO, continuous improvement, risk management).
· Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
· Management Engineering degree or similar
· Experience in regulated or quality-critical environments (manufacturing, pharma, automotive, medical devices, etc.).
· Project Management certification (plus)
· Quality-related certification (plus)
· English certification (plus) – B2 level – written and oral skills
