As HR Manager, and part of the Human Resources Department, you will manage the main HR processes to staff the company with the necessary resources, develop the organization according business evolution and create a peaceful and welcoming working environment.
In this role you will report to the HR Director.
This is experience will you enable to have frequent relations with the Paris HQ.
You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with management and employees to consolidate the LVMH Group and Celine Mindset throughout the population, improving working relationships, sense of belonging and loyalty.
Create a positive and inclusive work environment by actively supporting employees and promoting a culture of closeness and collaboration.
Work strictly with managers and employees ensuring daily support for any problems or critical situations.
Manage the following HR processes and activities:
Recruitment for all profiles, ensuring the quality of resources, respecting deadlines, defining the best offer for the candidate, and guaranteeing an efficient induction plan for all newcomers.
Developing and managing the Employer Branding activities locally and at Group & Brand level.
Be the referent for D&I; Projects and activities promoting and working on appropriate measure to expand the culture of D&I.;
Supervise and monitor the activities of the general services (canteen, car fleet, cleaning, company events, external visits, etc.).
Support and manage transversal projects at Company and Brand level and in synergy with HR Group Networking.
Manage daily relationships with the internal trade union, hold monthly meetings with them and handle litigation and disciplinary matters in accordance with company guidelines.
Manage the BGT for each area of responsibility.
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR field
Experience: Position requires minimum 10 years' experience in HR field in a role of responsibility.
Experience in luxury/fashion business will be a plus.
Competencies: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Actively listen and understand the interlocutor.
Ability to work under pressure, to respect the deadlines and to set priorities.
Strong initiative and autonomy.
Team-working, proactivity and flexibility.
Problem Solving.
Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point, HRIS Systems) and at ease with the use of Internet tools.
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus.
