Supporting the Product Planning team, the Product Trainee will be involved in the development and execution of the activities related to the carline’s life cycle management. Moreover, s/he will be involved in case of new products launch, supporting the development of the Launch Plan to ensure the cross-functional implementation of the plan itself. The Product Trainee will support the team in the following activities: - New products launch, contributing to the development of the new Launch Plan, and cooperating with their manager to ensure the cross-functional implementation of the plan; - Management of in-life product performance; - Collection and analysis of the information coming from HQ and internal processes; - Management of leverages results coming from research and analytics to determine new opportunities for improvement by analyzing industry trends, identifying gaps, and proposing ideas on actions to address those gaps; - Support in pricing policy - in terms of price list adjusted (VA) and Promo (TA), collecting and analyzing data on costs and competitive scenario. Assessment of profitability and issuance of price lists; - Ordering process - to support that orders are managed in coherence with line-up strategy and economics results; - Operational activities: OCNs creation, PPF, KDCS, Pricing file, etc. Strongly goal-oriented, s/he has team working, communication, public speaking, reliability and organizational skills with good negotiation ability. The paid internship will last three months, renewable for another three. Meal vouchers are also provided.
