We're seeking a Content Creative Director to champion a Social-First approach, helping our clients build thriving communities, drive meaningful engagement, and achieve measurable business results. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of social media as a cultural force. They are responsible for developing and executing innovative and engaging content strategies that resonate with audiences on a human level, fostering genuine relationships and sparking conversations. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and, most importantly, the art of authentic brand storytelling. We are seeking a highly creative thinker, a skilled communicator, and an experienced manager with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the social space. Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a clear Social-First creative vision for content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, LinkedIn), prioritizing community building and authentic engagement. Present creative concepts and strategies to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, emphasizing the power of social listening and data-driven insights to inform creative decisions. Act as a trusted advisor on all things related to Social-First content. Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into content strategies, with a focus on leveraging new formats and platforms to foster deeper connections with audiences. Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to ensure creative and quality standards are met, while fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation. Foster a collaborative environment across the Creative, Social Media and Influencer Marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration of content strategies and campaigns. Content Creation (Authenticity & Community) Oversee the creation of diverse, engaging, and culturally relevant content formats, including short-form video (TikToks, Reels), live streams, UGC campaigns, collaborative content with creators, immersive AR experiences, trending challenges, behind-the-scenes content, episodic series, and interactive polls/Q&As. Prioritize platform-native storytelling, tailoring content to the unique features of each social media platform. Ensure all content fosters authentic conversations, builds community, and drives meaningful engagement with target audiences. Team Management (Empowerment & Growth) Spearhead the creation of a high-performing Content Creative team, defining roles and responsibilities to complement existing Social Media and Influencer Marketing teams. Identify and recruit talented content creators, including copywriters, art directors, and social and content specialists, both internally and externally. Assess existing talent within the agency to identify individuals who possess the skills and passion to contribute to the Content Creative team and mentor them to further develop those skills. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Content Creative team, ensuring they are equipped to create cutting-edge Social-First content. Establish clear communication channels and workflows between the Content Creative team and other relevant departments. Act as a champion for the Content Creative team, advocating for its needs and ensuring it has the resources and support necessary to succeed. Qualifications: 8 years of experience in a social media agency or a related field. Proven experience in a management role, developing and mentoring a team of creatives. Proven track record of developing and executing successful Social-First content strategies that drive measurable results, including increased engagement, community growth, and brand advocacy. Deep understanding of social media platforms, the advertisement industry, and cultural trends, with a passion for understanding the nuances of online communities and the power of authentic connection. Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Excellent communicator, in Italian and English, with solid presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software) - Nice to have. J-18808-Ljbffr
