Our IT department is expanding its integration and automation capabilities to support business growth and ensure seamless collaboration between systems and applications.As a IT DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing our integration delivery processes. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, automate testing, and support infrastructure as code to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure integrations across our technology landscape. Tasks & Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration and automation projects. Develop and execute automated testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress.io, Selenium, or similar). Support deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, YAML, PowerShell). Collaborate with the Integration Architect, application teams, and infrastructure colleagues to deliver and maintain integration solutions. Configure and enhance project automation and workflows (e.g., Jira). Contribute to operational readiness through documentation, monitoring setup, and runbooks. Continuously improve DevOps processes, testing, and delivery practices within the CI/CD team. Profile 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or test automation roles. Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or comparable). Familiarity with cloud integration platforms; Azure experience is an advantage. Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress.io, Selenium, Postman). Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, SQL, YAML) and database technologies (SQL Server or similar). Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, proactive collaboration, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Italian language, Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
