Join Electrolux Professional Group - as IT GENERAL CONTROL & PROCESS SPECIALIST ABOUT THE JOB The IT General Control & Process Specialist has to ensure that the IT Systems, processes and procedures are designed, documented, implemented and operating effectively to meet the risk management goals. This is a position that will identify and implement process improvement within the IT organization. He/She will identify and manage the implementation of IT Process Improvement, provide operational input and direction to IT organization, and manage change across the IT organization and Vendors in a structured en ABOUT YOUR TASKS: - assesses the effectiveness of IT controls, including systems access controls, IT change management processes and security measures;
- owns, maintains and continuously improves the IT internal control framework including procedures, tools and training material;
- identifies potential weaknesses in IT controls and provides recommendations for improvements;
- works with other IT teams, to develop and implement remediation plans regarding detected gaps in the management of risks;
- continously interacts with IT teams to ensure an effective and solid IT internal control process;
- leads the yearly IT internal controls cycle and ensure that activities are performed within the given timeframe;
- provides periodical status and analysis to the Audit Committee and management;
- coordinates the follow-up of relevant activities with external auditors/IT&Business; teams involved;
- collaborates with external auditors during audits and compliance reviews;
- is involved in IT projects regarding the area of ITGC;
- keeps the internal control framework and process up to date. ABOUT YOU
- degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (Computer Science will be preferred), or equivalent level of professional qualifications and/or experience;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- english speaking.
- certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA®) or Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control® (CRISC®) or other equivalent certification is a preferential skill;
- ITIL and ITSM practical expertise is a preferential skill.
- comprehensive understanding of IT processes and IT controls;
- very good insight in IT governance, risk management and control frameworks;
- curiousity in using new technology;
- strong curiosity in understanding the company business model and processes;
