We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our remote team and support the delivery of high-impact digital projects. Position Summary We are looking for a qualified Scrum Master with a minimum of three years of proven experience in the role. The selected candidate will act as a facilitator and servant leader, guiding Agile teams and supporting the implementation of Scrum methodology to ensure project success and alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities Guide and coach the Scrum Team and Product Owner on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management and prioritization. Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Promote self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. Assist in removing impediments to the team’s progress and support a high-performing, collaborative work environment. Monitor team performance and project metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Foster constructive collaboration between roles, departments, and stakeholders. Required Technical Competencies In-depth understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including frameworks such as Kanban, XP, and SAFe. Strong grasp of the Agile Manifesto and core Agile principles. Expertise in conducting and facilitating Scrum events effectively. Clear understanding of Scrum roles and responsibilities, with the ability to support Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders. General knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Basic understanding of version control systems and related tools. Required Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong facilitation and servant leadership abilities. High levels of empathy, active listening, and emotional intelligence. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities. Proven ability to foster teamwork and drive collaborative outcomes.
