Gbs order to cash specialist

Ph3Your role /h3pWe are looking for a GBS specialist in managing sales audit and account receivable activities in the retail area, specifically for the Iberia region. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliDaily check, release and correction of the sales flow from the cash register to the accounting /liliDaily monitoring of the correct bank statements posting in ReconNet system /liliSales reconciliation with incoming payments. Investigations with the store for shortages discrepancy /liliReport for variances, reconciled and outstanding items that to share with the subsidiaries /liliManagement and reconciliations of specific tools used in the stores (Voucher, Gift cards, Health insurances, Warranties, Subscriptions) /liliManagement of sales and collection of incoming payments for customers not classified as final consumers (department stores, franchisee, TP companies) /li /ulh3Main Requirements /h3ulliFluent English and possibly good knowledge of a second foreign language (Spanish preferable) /liliGood attitude in problem solving and relationship with other teams /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other tools of reconciliation /liliGood knowledge of basic accounting principles /li /ulh3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment /h3pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
