Ph3Job Title /h3pClinical Application Specialist - Hospital Patient Monitoring - Southern Italy Territory /p h3Job Description /h3pAs a bClinical Application Specialist /b in Hospital Patient Monitoring (bHPM /b), you will act as the clinical expert for bIIG /b (Italy, Israel, and Greece), engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs, optimize their workflows, support sales, train users, and provide valuable market insights to enhance Philips' innovative monitoring solutions and maximize customer satisfaction. /p pbYour role: /b /p ulliBeing the clinical referent for HPM within the territory of competence (IIG: Italy, Israel and Greece) /liliUnderstand customer needs and be able to analyze and improve workflows /liliResponsible to support the sales process for both direct and indirect channel by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base, supporting and advising marketing force during tenders and system promotions /liliEducates sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes. Keeps up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment /liliTraining customers (post-sales) in order to achieve optimal usage of our solutions, improving their workflows with our solutions. /liliProviding feedback from the customer/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit /liliSupporting new products launches and providing required applications report on completion of all application visits. /li /ul pbYou're the right fit if you have: /b /p ulliMaster Degree level education or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or equivalent in medical discipline /liliAlmost 2/3 years of experience in clinical environment preferably in Acute Care or Emergency Department /liliKnowledge of clinical workflow within the domain /liliExposure or experience in delivering clinical training /liliAbility to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance /liliWillingness to travel around IIG zone is required /liliAdvanced English, verbal and written in addition to Italian as local language /liliStrong collaboration attitude in networked working environment /li /ul pYou will be managing the bSouthern Italy Territory. /b /p h3About Philips /h3 pWe are a health technology company.
