For our headquarters in Lissone (MB), we are looking for a PCB Designer Engineer.
Requirements:
Reporting to the supervisor and joining the electronic design team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer printed circuit boards;
- Managing the prototyping process and production start-up of the PCB;
- Managing PCB libraries (Schematic Symbols and Footprints) according to IPC standards;
- Designing PCBs using Siemens EDA (PADS Professional) and OrCAD Capture CIS;
- Collaborating with the research and development team during the design phase of new products;
- Proposing improvements for products currently in production;
- Managing PCB development from feasibility study to production;
- Preparing internal and external technical documentation.
Who We Are Looking For
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering;
- Knowledge of high-density multilayer PCB layout, including Power, RF, Analog, and High-speed Digital circuits;
- Understanding of controlled impedance traces and differential pairs;
- Knowledge of power and signal integrity concepts;
- Experience using electronic CAD tools (PADS Professional, Mentor Expedition PCB, DX Designer, Design Capture CIS);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of IPC standards;
- Experience in developing boards for test systems and basic knowledge of mechanical CAD tools will be considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, precision, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in an international team;
- Good command of spoken and written English is appreciated.
