PpBarco Healthcare is looking for a hands‑on Test Engineer to join our RD team and support the development and industrialisation of next‑generation surgical products. /p h3About the Role /h3 pIn this role, you will work in an international, multidisciplinary RD environment, playing a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the product development lifecycle. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse design inputs, project specifications, and regulatory requirements /li liDefine and execute test plans in collaboration with NPI project managers /li liPerform verification and validation testing across different development stages /li liSupport and execute: /li liEMC testing /li liElectrical safety testing /li liCoordinate testing activities with external laboratories and notified bodies /li liConduct gap and conformity analysis against applicable international standards /li liSupport industrialisation activities, including zero‑series and pre‑series builds /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and tools /li liCollaborate effectively with local teams and Barco headquarters /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent experience /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liHands‑on experience in a laboratory or test environment /li liExposure to testing, validation, or certification activities /li liAbility to work independently, organise work, and take initiative /li liStrong communication skills and a structured, analytical mindset /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liExperience in the medical device / healthcare industry /li liFamiliarity with EMC, environmental, and electrical safety testing /li liKnowledge of medical device standards (e.g. IEC 60601 series) /li liBackground in testing laboratories, notified bodies, or other regulated industries /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
