We design, build and service cutting‑edge equipment that helps our customers manufacture semiconductor and display chips, supporting technologies such as AI and IoT. /ph3Role Summary /h3pAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will leverage a strong foundation in physics, mathematics and material science to design, develop, and modify mechanical engineering layouts, schematics and specifications. You will oversee manufacturing and installation processes, coordinate the procurement and assembly of mechanical components, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver quality solutions. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMechanical design activities, managing the development and modeling phases of machines/systems independently and in collaboration with the team. /liliDevelopment of project documentation: layouts, assembly modeling, detailed design and generation of bills of materials. /liliExecution and documentation of analysis and validation tests of technical solutions to improve product performance and solve problems. /liliProposal of design solutions to achieve product specifications, optimizing design times, costs, prototype and series production times and costs, coordinating with electrical, software and systems design teams, as well as planning, supply chain and production departments. /liliCollaboration with the supply chain team and suppliers to identify systems, sub‑assemblies, components and critical parts suitable for achieving project targets, including through co‑design activities. /liliCollaboration with documentation teams to create internal / customer support manuals. /liliCollaboration with prototype assembly / manufacturing teams to support the creation of systems and troubleshoot mechanical and automation issues. /liliMonitoring and reporting on project progress. /liliVisits to suppliers/customers to verify solutions adopted or to define mitigation for any issues. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliGood or high level of expertise and knowledge in industrial automation and the mechanical design of automatic machines and systems. /liliAbility to solve moderately complex and complex problems. /liliBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation and precision mechanics design. /liliExcellent knowledge of at least one of the following tools: Solidworks, Solidedge, Creo, Catia V5, Inventor, Unigraphics NX, AutoCAD. /liliProficiency in FEM and related tools. /liliProblem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to work in a team. /liliMultifunctional approach – electronics and mechanics (mechatronics). /liliGood knowledge of English. /liliWillingness to travel internationally. /li /ulh3Benefits Additional Information /h3pSalary range: €38,400.00 – €52,800.00, based on location, role and experience. /ppTime type: Full time.
