With an exciting pipeline of utility-scale wind, solar and Agri-PV projects across South Italy, they are now looking for a Site Manager profile to manage the onsite execution of these projects..Working within the Construction department and alongside the Project Manager and Engineering teams, the Site Manager will oversee on-site execution and ensure delivery to design, schedule, and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Italian IPP, with an ambitious and collaborative work environment..As Site Manager, you will:- Review detailed designs and propose corrections- Analyse contracts and authority requirements- Monitor works for compliance with design and standards- Identify construction issues and define corrective actions- Plan and coordinate site activities to meet timelines- Supervise suppliers and subcontractors- Manage material procurement and inspections- Prepare progress reports.Ideal Profile- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering- 2+ years' experience on complex construction sites (renewables preferred)- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
