In this role you will provide functional expertise to HR applications, supporting maintenance and improvements of the HRIS. You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, configure the HRIS, and ensure smooth integrations and data integrity. You will support multi-country project rollouts, provide user support, and ensure security and compliance. Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze, design, and implement HRIS-based solutions Translate business needs from HR stakeholders into technical requirements Configure and maintain HRIS for integration with other systems Perform testing, troubleshooting, and data validation Support rollout of projects across different countries Provide technical support to HR users and resolve system issues Communicate business implications of system changes to stakeholders Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance to deliver HRIS initiatives Identify improvements to HR processes and maximize HRIS usage Ensure data security and GDPR compliance Participate in internal and external audit programs Create documentation for configurations and processes Stay updated on HRIS trends and assess new functionality Assist in feasibility studies and impact analysis Responsabilità Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) 3+ years\' experience with HCM systems (SAP SuccessFactors mandatory) Strong knowledge of major HR systems and HR processes (recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance, compensation, learning) Experience with system integrations and data migration Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations xivgfpx (GDPR, HIPAA) Experience with reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) SuccessFactors certification a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business Ability to work independently and in a team; multi-project management Good English (B2); willingness to travel Requisiti fondamentali Hybrid work Travel availability Equal opportunity employer Accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities Global collaboration Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
