Responsibilities
* Implement and manage solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
* Design and optimize business workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, analyze them, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Ensure integration of developed solutions with existing systems.
* Work with external vendors to deliver and integrate complex digital solutions.
* Support testing and debugging activities to guarantee application quality.
* Provide training and support to end users on new technological solutions.
* Monitor and update developed solutions to keep them aligned with business needs.
* Develop interactive Power BI dashboards to deliver strategic insights to decision makers.
Qualifications
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Experience designing and implementing custom Power Apps solutions.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and SQL for data integration and management.
* Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within IT teams and interface with stakeholders of varied IT competence.
* Good command of English for group communication.
* Plus: Programming experience with C# (preferred) or PHP.
