As an Operations Expert – Mobility Services, you will be part of Enilive SpA. Specifically, you will manage the operational activities of B2C mobility services. Main activities
Manage the operational activities of B2C mobility services Monitor operational performance, usage KPIs, service quality, and customer satisfaction Support incident management, troubleshooting and operational criticality resolution activities Coordinate suppliers and operational partners to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service continuity Contribute to the improvement of user onboarding, management and support processes Analyze customer usage and behavior data to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities Interface with Customer Care, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure consistency between service, communications, and digital functionality Prepare periodic reports and analyses for management with improvement proposals Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards relating to mobility services
Required characteristics
Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or similar disciplines; lower or higher qualifications may be considered with significant relevant experience. At least 3 years of operational experience, preferably in mobility services, consumer services, transportation, logistics or customer operations Good knowledge of the English language Understanding mobility service operating models and service delivery processes Ability to analyze data and read operational KPIs Good knowledge of digital tools and mobility management platforms Basic knowledge of regulations and best practices regarding mobility and safety
