Apple expects innovation in every part of the company.Reporting to the Head of Sales, Planning Operations (SPO) for Italy, Hellenics, Spain and Portugal, you will be responsible for driving and implementing all initiatives around sales contracts for developing systems within region.You will be the go-to-person for all matters related to internal tools, the master data they contain, and the contracts governing our relationships with channel partners. /ph3Description /h3pExecute contract cycles in accordance with EMEIA legal contracts roadmap.Drive reporting initiatives across SPO and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective insights and performance metrics.Drive new tools (i.e: Sales Force)transformation across Italy, Hellenics, Spain and Portugal while representing local needs at EMEIA level, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.Collaborate cross functionally with POS Operations, Sales Training, Finance, Sales teams and Senior sales leadership teams across the region. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDeploy contract campaigns timely with sales and channel partners. /liliMonitor channel partners compliance against Instore tech people contractual requirements. /liliDrive accuracy in master data records. /liliSimplify and automatise business processes, tools reports. /liliScale regional initiatives at WE, EMEIA or WW level. /liliDrive new tools’ adoption with sales teams and pace of transition (i.e. SalesForce). /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliFor Protected Category /liliDemonstrated expertise in contract analysis and legal interpretation. /liliDemonstrated proficiency in business analysis and process improvement. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights. /liliExperience working with cross-functional teams within multiple countries. /liliEffective project manager with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and data/systems integration. /liliEvident Interpersonal and organisational savvy. /liliDemonstrated proactive approach to continuous learning. /liliComfortable leading through uncertainty and changes. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliBA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience. /liliHighly proficient with Excel at an advanced level. /liliAppreciated knowledge of business intelligence and data visualisation tools (SAP Business Objects, Tableau and SQL). /liliWorking knowledge of Apple products a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
