Key job responsibilities include:
- owning the development and execution of test plans and test cases for multiple features of an application
- developing and maintaining testing strategies, including manual and automation testing
- ensuring comprehensive test coverage by working closely with the product and engineering teams to prioritize testing execution and report on test execution progress and results
- participating in design and specification reviews, and using this information to design test plans
- promoting QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices
- promoting a culture of quality throughout the organization
- interacting and collaborating with the other development groups at Amazon Music and other organizations within the Amazon group of companies

Basic Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- experience in automation testing
- experience in manual testing
- experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- proficiency in both spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
