Working at Hotel Danieli means being part of a dynamic team that values mutual respect and collaboration.About The Role:Report into the Director Food and Beverage and work closely with the Executive Chef to design effective menu and amenity options while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price and attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. What will you do:Describe and ensure the quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods.Provide knowledge of wine and spirits, ensuring guests receive expert advice in an elegantly appointed environment.Create a distinctive and attentive experience for 24-hour in-room dining and in-room private bar services.Promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests from guests, clients, and group contacts.Oversee team shift schedules to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Support the development of the team, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
