The Personnel Administration Specialist role is responsible for managing employee administrative processes and supporting accounting activities related to payroll and personnel costs. The position plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and structured processes as the company continues to scale.
Role And Responsibilities
Personnel Administration & Payroll
1. Manage the administrative lifecycle of employees (hiring, contract changes, extensions, terminations)
2. Manage attendance, absences, leave, permits, sickness, and related documentation
3. Manage pension funds enrollment and variations
4. Act as the main operational interface with the labor consultant
5. Collect, verify, and transmit payroll data
6. Review payroll slips and manages discrepancies
7. Record payroll and payslips in the accounting system
