For one of our clients, a leader in the bdefense /bsector, we are looking for: /ppbSystem or Electrical or Mechanical AIT Engineer /b /ppbr/ppbSystem AIT Engineer - Your Tasks /b /pulliAnalyse documentation describing the architecture of the item subject of AIT activities, including requirements specifications, assembly drawings (mechanical and electrical), user manuals. /liliSupport the preparation and maintenance of the AIT Plan and the AIT Flow. /liliVerify the availability of the input necessary to the AIT activities: Test and Configuration Requirement’s, System Schedule, User Manual’s, etc. /liliCoordinate, plan and monitor the preparation of the AIT documentation, as Procedures, with their Dashboard, Setup design, As-run Procedures, IRR, TRR and PTR documentation. /liliPrepare procedures to be executed during integration and testing activities including, if necessary, test scripts for automatic test routines. /liliContribute to the definition of support equipment (MGSE, EGSE), test setup and required instrumentation. /liliSupport the preparation of clean room and laboratory integration area, equipment and instrumentation. /liliSupport and, if necessary, direct participation to both mechanical and electrical functional AIT integration and testing activities, in clean room and laboratory environment. /liliSupport the technical coordination of the external and internal test facilities. /liliSupport the preparation of the Environmental Test campaigns and the Launch Campaign, when envisaged by the Project, including participation if necessary. /liliSupport and participation to the AIT-related reviews, i.e. IRR, TRR, PTR, NRB, Progress Meeting and all similar Project reviews. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbElectrical/Functional AIT Engineer - Your Tasks /b /pulliIndependent concept and generation of the electrical integration and functional test procedures at satellite and instrument level in compliance with functional requirements and cost/schedule plans /liliEGSE deployment and setup on the test facility (Integration Test, Environmental Campaign, Launch Site) /liliTest preparation of hardware (configuration of item under test), including EGSE SCOE. /liliAutonomous execution of integration activities and of electrical tests on platform and satellite level: interface tests, functional tests, performance tests AOCS, Power, TTR, On-board Data Handling as well as support for payload testing /liliDefinition of the tests to be performed in the frame of the verification process in agreement with engineering and the AIT/AIV manager /liliInclusion of the electrical test activities on the full AIT process in agreement with the AIT manager /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbMechanical AIT Engineer /b- bYour Tasks /b /pulliActively involved with the team in the definition of the Satellite and/or payload integration approach. /liliResponsible for the implementation of Satellite and/or Payload integration procedures. /liliCollaborate with AIT Team on the Mechanical Integration of structure of Satellite and/or Payload SM, EM and PFM/FM models. /liliCollaborate with the AIT Team on the Mechanical Integration of the EM and flight units. /liliCollaborate with the AIT Team on the Mechanical Integration of flight harness. /liliInstallation of thermal and mechanical sensors: thermocouples, thermistors, heaters, accelerometers. /liliDefinition and implementation of MAIT processes and related documents. /liliHandling of Satellite and/or Payload and related MGSE, including use of crane and cherry picker. /liliMechanical support during the Satellite and/or Payload Environmental Test Campaigns. /liliMechanical support during the Satellite Launch Campaigns. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbEducation /b /pulliMaster’s degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline. /liliMinimum 3 years of professional experience in AIT for space systems. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbTechnical Skills /b /pulliFamiliarity with space industry documentation (satellite/payload/equipment user manuals, architecture, design and test requirements, procedures, assembly drawings). /liliHands-on knowledge of system engineering processes for space projects. /liliUnderstanding of quality principles applicable to space business, both inside and outside clean room environments. /liliProficiency in MS Office (including MS Project) and CAD Viewer software. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbOther Information /b /pulliReadiness for short business trips. /liliFluent in English. /liliWork locations: Milan, Rome, Turin /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbHow to apply /b /ppAll candidates, regardless of gender, after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice on the website are invited to send their CV in Word format, quoting reference. /p
