Reporting directly to the Country ManagerEnsure that distribution center operations (inbound & outbound, warehouse management, storage, reverse logistics, VAS) are conducted according to agreed-upon KPIs and criteriaReceive requirements and regular feedback from management and integrate them into operational plans, resolve issues related to requests that deviate from the contractual termsBuild and manage the warehouse team of operational specialists, shift supervisors, and operational employees, including their budgetPlan the daily warehouse activity optimizing resources and productivityOwn and continuously improve warehouse processes: goods receiving, warehousing, order preparation, reverse logistics, inventory management, and maintenance of tools and equipmentMonitor actual costs and specific KPIs daily and take necessary improvement actionsEnsure that all QHSE processes, procedures, and standards are followed, as well as legal and regulatory compliance, and that we operate with a continuous improvement mindsetThe Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 10-15 years of experienceExcellent command of the local language and proficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS Office applicationsExperience in a multinational logistics xrtlpzc companySupervisory/managerial experience in a similar role with a good understanding of procedures and compliance regarding warehouse operationsExperience with warehouse space and process design, racking systems, warehouse equipment (forklifts, reach trucks), and WMSStrong communication skills, including with senior managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detailStress tolerance – Maintain a calm and positive attitude during stressful situationsStrong team playerMultitasking between two or three primary projects at a time
