You will collaborate with industry leaders and financial institutions to influence the future of the energy and chemical industries, promote sustainable innovation, and assist clients in adapting to changing market trends and regulatory environments.We encourage you to apply if you are excited by the challenges of energy transition and sustainability and are eager to apply your technical knowledge to create impactful change.ResponsibilitiesExecution and delivery of consulting projects to meet and exceed profitability targetsResearch of energy and chemical value chains (primary and secondary research)Development of analysis for market, pricing, competitiveness and economic assessments for project feasibility and transaction supportLiaison with other functions in ICIS as part of project deliveryPreparation of clear and well-written reports and presentations and interactions with clients as neededDevelopment and maintenance of consulting and analytical models, such as long-term pricing, cost competitiveness, and financial and valuation modelsMaintain a fundamental working knowledge of the ICIS data, analytics and toolsSupport business development and proposals, working with senior consultants and the leadership teamContribute to the ICIS brand through the delivery of high-value work and the promotion of ICIS insights externallyAbility to travel on an ad-hoc basisRequirementsKnowledge of the oil refining/petrochemical sector and market fundamentals, with a degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant degreeAble to rationalise, solve and communicate answers to complex problemsExcellent communication skills in both verbal and written formCan work independently as well as in teams, is organised and with project management skillsAbility to collaborate, influence and manage to work with other business functions and geographies within a high-performance cultureSkilled in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
