About the role
The Customer Success Specialist will be the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the adoption of our platform and supporting their business goals. This role involves direct engagement with companies to ensure the effective use of Spoki and the achievement of measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor
* Suggest marketing strategies to support business growth
* Gain a deep understanding of the Spoki platform and provide dedicated assistance
* Collaborate with sales and development teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Collect client feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement
The ideal candidate will have
* Fluent English (B2–C1) – Mandatory
* Knowledge of digital marketing
* Motivation and passion to grow in an innovative environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
* Spanish language skills (a plus)
What We Offer
* Full-time fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment (CCNL Commercio – Confcommercio)
* Salary range: €21,000 – €25,000 gross per year, based on experience
