COMPETENZE RICHIESTA:
INTERNSHIP ACTIVITIES AND TRAINING / ORIENTATION OBJECTIVES
Reporting directly to the OEM Account Manager, the intern will be responsible for coordinating the information flow related to sales orders, ensuring alignment between order status, customer requests, and internal requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and process incoming orders in accordance with customer needs.
* Maintain and update order documentation to monitor progress.
* Ensure timely coordination and communication of all information, keeping all parties involved in the order continuously updated.
* Identify potential issues in the process and propose improvements, contributing to the optimization of the account back-up activities.
* Provide support to other Back-up Account(s).
* Offer general support to the Account Manager based on daily operational needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Proficiency in written and spoken English/Italian.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* Teamwork orientation and strong communication skills.
