Ph3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3pThe Stock Controller will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will check incoming and outgoing goods, manage the inventory and needs of the boutique stockroom. /ph3DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliSet the example of operation excellence by following policies procedures, while elevating the standards through usage of the proper tools equipment. /liliResponsible for a clean and organized maintenance of all inventories in the stockroom and on the selling floor. /liliSupport the sales team with several tasks such as running sizes, assisting at the cash register, advising on size and stock availability and other support related tasks. /liliDemonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication and teamwork when interacting with coworkers, clients and management. /liliMaintain appropriate stock levels and ensure that all sizes and styles are represented accurately. /liliCommunicate product stock level and product quality issues to the Management team when necessary to avoid shrink. /liliPerform all shipping/receiving tasks in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner: check the goods by verifying the quantity and quality of the packages; prepare accompanying documentation for uniforms etc. upon authorization from the Management team. /liliComply with all company fire, health, and safety regulations. /liliMonitor all store supply levels such as packaging, beverages, office supplies, etc. and communicate order needs in a timely manner to management. /liliPrepare, organize and participate in inventories and analysis of results. /liliSet the example of operation excellence by following policies and procedures, while elevating the standards through usage of the proper tools and equipment. /li /ulh3YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE /h3ulliPrevious experience of at least 2 years in a stock position, preferably in the retail environment. /liliVery organized, rigorous and reliable. /liliComputer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email. /li /ulh3WE’D LOVE TO SEE /h3ulliAn entrepreneur with the ability to drive results. /liliA positive, outgoing, high-energy personality able to thrive within a high paced environment and ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities. /liliGreat communication skills, ability to work with sales teams and liaise with corporate. /liliService-oriented, proactive to propose improvements and support other team members. /li /ulh3EEO STATEMENT /h3pVersace is an equal employment opportunity employer.
