Sales Growth Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Specialist to drive our sales growth and revenue expansion. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our business objectives.
About the Role
* You will collaborate with our management team to create and execute sales plans that meet our business objectives.
* You will identify new business opportunities and work with customers to secure new contracts.
* You will serve as a key account manager for assigned international clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
* You will communicate effectively with existing and prospective customers regarding offers and quotes.
Main Responsibilities
* Design sales strategies for various products and services to meet customer needs and expectations.
* Compile essential information for contract preparation, including technical specifications and customer requirements.
* Work with our technical team to propose suitable solutions for customers, addressing their specific needs.
* Prioritize customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
* Negotiate terms of sale in collaboration with our management team.
* Monitor and record customer rates, ensuring accurate financial records.
* Issue material samples and test samples for analysis by our laboratory.
* Bulk up long-term relationships with customers through effective communication and trust-building.
* Track contract application and sales volumes with assigned customers.
* Identify and address potential risks, including financial, delivery, and structural changes.
* Interface between customers and our management team, sales, R&D, QHSE, and finance departments.
Your Profile
* You possess extensive experience and practical application of sales and negotiation techniques.
* You understand our technical capabilities and product advantages.
* You have expertise in the plastics industry and plastics processing, specifically injection molding.
* You can assess market conditions and adjust your approach as needed.
* You have robust decision-making skills and can mitigate potential issues with customers.
* You excel at interpersonal communication, both within and outside the organization, across different levels and departments.
* You have exceptional time management and priority setting skills, with a self-motivated attitude.
* You can effectively utilize MS Office and our ERP system.
* You are fluent in both Italian and English.
