Job Responsibilities
* Identify and analyze business requirements, prepare requirement documentation, and coordinate requirement review processes.
* Validate and confirm product solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
* Develop system operation manuals and user training materials.
* Deliver training sessions on system functionalities and usage to end users.
* Lead IT-related planning initiatives within the assigned business domain.
* Manage system maintenance and ensure continuous system performance and stability.
* Oversee and support key system modules, including:
o CRM
o BGPC
o Digital Marketing Platform
o Dealer API Sales Core System
Job Qualifications
* Stay up to date with business developments, with a strong understanding of business processes, operational pain points, and stakeholder needs within the assigned area.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly structure and articulate requirements in written form, and effectively communicate them to product managers and development teams.
* Strong analytical and judgment skills, capable of evaluating whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with day‑to‑day operations.
* Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing the full lifecycle of requirements, driving cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery.
* Proven experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar platforms; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in English and the local language as working languages; Chinese is mandatory.
