Help team and sales colleagues with technical studies and customer assistance during the early sales stage Pricing Suppor t:
Preparing quotes and making sure pricing meets customer needs and company standard Post-Sales Suppor t:
Support customers to ensure a smooth transition after the sale, managing updates and addressing post-sales inquiries and issue Customer Communicatio n:
Help in maintaining customers informed and in good relationships by addressing their need Coordination with Plan t:
Assist in communicating with the production team to make sure products are delivered on tim Data and Reportin g:
Use Excel to analyze data and help create reports that improve customer support processes What we're looking f or:
