Overview
Strategic Partnership Manager – Italian and Spanish speaking. Location: Milan (on-site). Salary: Competitive.
We are recruiting for an Italian and Spanish speaking Strategic Partnership Manager to cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners while developing strategies to increase revenue for the organisation. You will be a brand ambassador for the business and will take ownership of managing and promoting AVASK's image and reputation to the highest standard.
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of partner relationships and the development of strategies to drive growth. The role requires in-depth knowledge of AVASK services and the e-commerce industry, with close liaison to the Marketing department on activities.
Responsibilities
* To develop and maintain strong relationships with a broad portfolio of partners to drive business KPIs and service growth.
* Collaborate confidently with internal stakeholders across the AVASK Group regarding engaged partners' services and offerings.
* Seek out and engage new strategic partnerships to the betterment of the AVASK Group core services.
* Facilitate end-to-end content planning processes, analyse partner content roadmaps, highlight key priorities for stakeholders and align partners with internal company requirements.
* Act as Brand Ambassador for the company.
* Identify new opportunities to deepen partner relationships and build strong relationships with key executives within those partnerships.
* Align partnerships with internal stakeholder commercial objectives for the partner or which contribute strategic value to AVASK Group.
* Represent AVASK Group at external commercial events, conferences and with partner collaborations.
* Coordinate internal and external activities (Webinar/Podcasts and internal teams series with partners).
* Maintain strong communications with partners regarding new features and updates to AVASK Group service offerings and software solutions.
* Manage an international portfolio of partners across time zones.
* Ensure the relationship with all partners is managed efficiently, that contractual rights are delivered, and continuously seek innovative value opportunities.
* Ensure all aspects of the relationship are effectively managed, including delivering clear and agreed campaign plans and objectives.
* Engage all departments in partnerships and provide support to deliver against partner objectives through ongoing communication and collaboration.
* Understand the contractual process with excellent attention to detail.
* Communicate the broader vision and strategy to partners and update them regularly about the business and its developments.
* Maintain a high standard of presentation style and delivery.
* Assist in developing new revenue streams for the business development department from partners and through new ideas and propositions (including upsells).
* Foster professional and personal relationships with partners, agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Provide advice and support to the Senior Leadership Team regarding the performance of the Partnership strategy.
* Compile partner, competitive and industry reviews and present findings in meetings.
* Ensure regular meetings, debriefs and learnings with partners.
* Raise the company’s profile and brand through ambassadorships.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience
* In-depth knowledge of AVASK services.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and Spanish.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development in e-commerce.
* Degree or master's level education.
* Experience acting as a company spokesperson (comfortable and skilled in networking and participating in webinars, etc.).
* Good presentation skills.
* Ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
* High standard of written English.
* Proactive approach to developing new business relationships and diligent ongoing communications and management of contacts.
* Customer focus and excellent client relationship skills.
