You will be part of a dynamic team, have visibility across all company departments, and contribute to the team’s achievements.We offer a 1‑year temporary contract. The Junior Indirect Services Buyer supports the Cycles & Procurement (C&P;) team in managing indirect services purchasing activities, contributing to sourcing, supplier management and process compliance under the supervision of senior buyers and in line with Danone Purchasing Policy and Procedures.ResponsibilitiesSpend Analysis & Reporting – support spend analysis activities by category, material group, supplier and business unit (data extraction from Sievo and Coupa)Preparation of spend cubes and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, lookups)Report productivity using Iproview and ExcelSupport data cleansing and supplier harmonisation activities (e.g. Payment terms harmonisation)Identify saving, productivity and cash improvement opportunities based on historical spend data and future projectsSourcing & Negotiation Activities – support sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, offer comparison) using Zycus platform for tender managementSupport and manage negotiations under supervisionParticipate in face‑to‑face and virtual negotiationsSupport reverse auctions and e‑sourcing negotiationsManage contract renewals and price reviews for recurring servicesContracting – support contract creation and ensure application of standard contractual clauses in cooperation with legal departmentUse proprietary AI tool to compare major contract clauses among contracts in repositoryBusiness partnering & SRM – act as business partner contact for internal stakeholders to understand needsCoordinate with EU/Global team
