Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.**We are looking for a Structural Analysis Engineer**The candidate will support the Structural Analysis Group activities by:* Modelling activities, in terms of finite elements, of structural hardwares, using pre-post commercial software.* Performing Structural analyses with MSC Nastran, in particular static and dynamic analyses, including generation of reduced models ( Craig Bampton and superelements)* Supporting design activities, taking into account manufacturing aspects (e.g. bolt selection and calculation)* Performing Multi-body Analyses to contribute to the mechanism design and to study the impact manoeuvres* Performing Vibro-acoustic analyses* Supporting test activities, defining instrumentation plan, and attending to the test activities to evaluate in real time the empirical results and to guarantee the integrity of the structure.* Evaluating the test results and updating the mathematical models on the basis of the correlation test-analysis results**Key duties:*** Generation ofreducedmodel ( Craig Bampton or superelement) to be deliveredforCoupled Load Analyses* Multibody modelgenerationto study thephenomenaofimpact and themechanismsandtheirperformance**Skills, experience and qualification
