This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, in many ways, is the face of Apple to our largest customers. Apple expects innovation in every part of the company. Based in Madrid or Milan and reporting to the Head of Sales, Planning Operations (SPO) for Spain, Hellenics, Italy and Portugal (SHIP), you will be responsible for driving and implementing all initiatives around sales channel contracts and for developing systems within SHIP countries. You will be the go-to-person for all matters related to internal tools, the master data they contain, and the contracts’ governing our relationships with channel partners. /p pbDescription /bExecute contracts’ cycles in accordance with EMEIA legal contracts roadmap. /p pDrive reporting initiatives across SPO and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective insights and performance metrics. /p pDrive new tools (i.e: Sales Force)transformation across SHIP, while representing local needs at EMEIA level, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose. /p pCollaborate cross functionally with Store Experience, Sales Training, Finance, Sales and Senior leadership teams across the SHIP region, EMEIA Contracts Regional legal teams and EMEIA BPR team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeploy contracts’ campaigns timely with sales and channel partners. /li liMonitor channel partners compliance against Instore tech people contractual requirements. /li liDrive accuracy in master data records. /li liSimplify and automatise business processes, tools reports. /li liScale regional initiatives at WE, EMEIA or WW level. /li liDrive new tools’ adoption with sales teams and pace of transition (i.e. SalesForce). /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated expertise in contracts’ analysis and legal interpretation. /li liDemonstrated proficiency in business analysis and process improvement. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights. /li liExperience working with cross-functional teams within multiple countries. /li liEffective project manager with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and data/systems integration. /li liEvident Interpersonal and organisational savvy. /li liDemonstrated proactive approach to continuous learning. /li liComfortable leading through uncertainty and changes. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience. /li liHighly proficient with Excel at an advanced level. /li liOutstanding English fluency. /li liAppreciated the knowledge of business intelligence and data visualisation tools (SAP Business Objects, Tableau and SQL). /li liWorking knowledge of Apple products is a plus. /li /ul pAt Apple, we’re not all the same.
