The candidate will be the first Legal Counsel based in the firm’s new Ferrara office, playing a key role in establishing and supporting the local presence while remaining fully integrated with, and reporting to, the London‑based legal team. The candidate will lead transactional execution, support the life cycle of each transaction, and actively contribute to the advancement of the firm’s business objectives in close cooperation with the business teams and external stakeholders, acting as the primary legal point of contact in Italy.
