We are looking for a passionate and experienced Events Manager to join our team in Milan, responsible for planning and coordinating all sales and events activities.
Comprehend and understand operations and general business policies and procedures of Sunset Hospitality Group.
Identifies sales & events opportunities forecasting projected business; Support all sales operations and general business policies when interacting with managers and employees
Develop appropriate and creative sales plan, soliciting appropriate input from the Director of Food & Beverage
monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
Provide recommendations to operations and their managers for improving the quality of the stores sales programs while maintaining a positive relationship with them at all times
Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Events or business administration degrees.
Excellent computer skills
Strong financial planning and budgetary skills
Excellent English language knowledge
