Native English Early Years Educator/Teacher (0–6 years old)

We are currently looking for qualified native English‐speaking Early Years Educators/Teachers to join our educational teams in Monza (MB). Successful candidates will support children in their linguistic, emotional, and relational development, helping to create a warm, stimulating, and fully English‐speaking environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging educational activities and lessons in English, tailored to children aged 0–6.
* Foster children's linguistic, cognitive, emotional, and social development through meaningful and inclusive learning experiences.
* Support children throughout their daily care and educational routines, including mealtimes, nap time, personal hygiene, and changing routines, recognising these moments as valuable opportunities for relationship‐building, autonomy, and growth.
* Collaborate with the educational team to design and update bilingual learning materials and projects.
* Observe and monitor children's progress, sharing feedback and developmental observations with families and colleagues.
* Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that respects each child's individual needs.
* Participate actively in training sessions, pedagogical meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
* Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Languages, or related fields.
* Previous experience working with children aged 0–6, preferably in bilingual or international environments.
* Native‐level English proficiency; knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
* Teaching certifications such as CELTA, CELTYL, TEFL, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
* Permanent full‐time employment contract.
* Salary defined according to the Italian ANINSEI collective labour agreement, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience (indicative gross annual salary: €21,000–€25,000).
* Classification level: Level 4 – Area II.
