3、Conduct regular customer follow-ups, collect feedback, and maintain good customer relationships.

4、Record and analyze service cases to assist in product and service process optimization.

Job Requirements

1、Familiar with the principles of residential and C&I; energy storage equipment, with solid practical operation capabilities.

2、Able to independently handle on-site technical issues with strong stress tolerance.
\n
