What You Will Do Daily:
Through this internship program focused on Sales and Design activities, you will join our store's sales team. You will meet clients daily and support them in realizing their desires through interior configuration and design tools. Guided by your company tutor and working with your team, you will assist in:
* Supporting store planning and design according to customer needs;
* Welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering complete 'Home Furnishing Solutions';
* Studying the best display and sales solutions with our experts, ensuring 'the right things in the right place';
* Learning the correct application of policies and routines related to customer services (financing, returns, delivery planning, assembly, etc.);
* Guiding clients in choosing furniture for various spaces, from terraces to kitchens—there's always room for IKEA.
