Key Responsibilities
* Manage export shipments (groupage with showcases, customer collection, forwarders)
* Study carriers' price offers to best meet the needs of domestic and export customers
* Ask the carrier for any notices of dispute not received and enter freight dispute orders if necessary
* Attend supplier meetings for annual negotiation of shipping contracts
* Arrange loading of trucks (transport, excluding courier services)
* Complete export documents (customs documents)
* Complete delivery notes for internal customers (special booklet)
* Organizing retrofit shipments with customer services and facilities
* Handling customer complaints (quality and quantity) and passing on information and corrective actions to internal customers
* Respect the customer's requests for deadlines (express, gold, special transport)
Requirements
* Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 4 years
* Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities
* Languages: English and second Language
* Highest Education Level: Degree in Economics
