Responsabile Project Management, Efficientamento immobiliare
Unionservice – real estate renovation company founded 2014 with focus on professional growth and sustainability.
Location: Verona – Castel d’Azzano / Povegliano Veronese.
Reporting to Direttore Operativo.
Full‑time, indefinite, immediate start; Salary up to €55k (fixed + variable) + auto + welfare.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate a team of 4+ Project Managers on real estate projects (acquisition, renovation, energy efficiency).
* Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, quality and deliverables.
* Recruit, develop and manage the project management team.
* Source and evaluate external suppliers (contractors, subcontractors).
* Plan monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual activities.
* Provide feedback to senior management on negotiations, market conditions, opportunities.
* Contribute to strategy, process improvement and customer satisfaction.
* Lead project problem‑solving and opportunity management for own area.
Qualifications
* Background in architecture, civil engineering, building surveying or equivalent.
* Experience in real estate, construction site management and building services.
* Project Management experience; certifications are a plus.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction software is a plus.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, reporting skills.
* Autonomous, proactive, results‑oriented, with strong communication and relationship skills.
* Driving passion for real estate projects, ambition, innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Patente B. Availability to relocate to zone.
* Domestic residence in the Verona zone.
