Operating in over 90 countries, we bring together cutting-edge science, decades of experience, and industry-leading education to empower sustainable agricultural growth. /ppOur trusted portfolio includes globally renowned brands such as Miller, Biolchim, Cifo, Ilsa, Florimo, and KelpGrow, reflecting our commitment to innovation and quality. /ph3Purpose of Job /h3pThe purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (HuberAgro Solutions) European-based businesses. /ppThe role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering a 24-month consensus forecast and also contributes to the annual budgeting cycle. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliForecasting Demand PlanningulliDrive the monthly forecasting process for HAS Europe, maintaining a rolling 24-month forecast. /liliMonitor forecast changes, document underlying business assumptions, and analyze trends. /liliCommunicate key forecast updates to Supply Planning and assist Commercial teams in reviewing and updating forecasts. /liliCompare forecasts against prior month, year, and budget; analyze forecast accuracy, bias, and perform lag analysis. /liliSupport the business by transitioning from informal to formalized, statistical based processes. /liliRestate historical data as needed to improve forecast accuracy. /liliSupport demand planning for NPD, product transitions, distribution changes, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis. /li /ul /liliIntegrated Business Planning (IBP)ulliPrepare monthly consensus reports for use in the IBP process. /liliOrganize local/regional review meetings to align on forecast and build to SBU consensus. /liliHelp implement a formal IBP process aligned with the Oliver Wight framework. /li /ul /liliTools SystemsulliUtilize Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SOP Cloud, EPM Cloud). /liliDevelop interim Excel-based tools during the transition to Oracle Demand Planning Cloud. /liliSupport system rollout as sites migrate to Oracle. /li /ul /liliCollaboration Knowledge SharingulliBuild strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance. /liliCollaborate with global teams across North America, South America, and Asia. /liliShare best practices to standardize processes across the HAS platform. /li /ul /li /ulh3Requirements Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field. /lili7–10 years of experience in SOP, IBP, demand planning, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. /liliProven expertise in statistical forecasting methods such as Winter’s Method, Holt Exponential Smoothing, and Croston’s, with a strong track record of applying these to improve forecast accuracy. /liliExperience as a superuser of Oracle Demand Management Cloud, with the ability to maintain data integrity across Oracle Demand and ERP systems. /liliSolid business acumen, with an understanding of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and key commercial drivers. /liliStrong analytical skills and a high level of comfort working with complex data. /liliFluent in both English and Italian. /liliExcellent facilitation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Skilled in presenting insights and recommendations based on data analysis. /liliA proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward independently. /liliCapable of managing multiple priorities and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. /liliASCM CPIM certification is a plus. /liliExperience with Oracle Demand Management Cloud is an advantage. /li /ulpReady to make an impact?
