OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer executes digital assets across social, site, and email channels. Reporting into the Marketing Director / Chief Communication Officer.
The Graphic Designer works autonomously to complete daily assignments that adhere to brand identity and deadlines. It is expected to keep up with design trends and fully understand all aspects of luxury (fashion, hospitality, lifestyle) and its communication in the world of graphic design. Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities

* Design promotional brand assets across all channels (including email and social story design, site assets, paid media style guides, digital and printed invites, internal and customer-facing collateral etc.).
* Develop briefs for videographer, photographer to create desirable content.
* Video editing, photography retouching and other post-production needs.
* Ideate new design templates for email, social media templates, seasonal campaign launches, site banners and landing pages, etc.
* Understand project goals and adhere to deadlines.
* Maintain brand consistency and quality across all media.
* Create and design various materials for digital and print.
* Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts.
* Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner with a quality product.
* Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
* Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more expressive graphics for the company.
* Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
* Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
* Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
* Determine voice and messaging for graphic design parts.
* Implement feedback and changes whenever possible.
* Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
Job Requirements
*
* 3+ years experience within luxury/lifestyle/hospitality industry within design production environment.
* Must be proficient in the latest versions of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Sketch & Photoshop (additional motion software a plus).
* Knowledge of AI tools for the creation of images and videos.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of or an interest in the lifestyle hospitality industry a plus. xjrgpwk
