We are currently looking for an O&M Supervisor to join our M Renewables team in Italy, part of our subsidiary METKA EGN. Your role will encompass responsibilities in support of the O&M Project Manager/Head and site operations.

• Support the O&M Project Manager/Head in the hiring and selection process of site personnel, including local searches (town halls, local TEE, electricians’ unions).
• Contribute to the optimization of manpower and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with the O&M Project Manager and Control Room Engineers in defining and executing plant handover activities to ensure a smooth transition from EPC to O&M.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, in alignment with the O&M H&S Supervisor’s guidelines.
• Coordinate daily activities and maintain close communication with the O&M Project Manager and site technicians for operational matters.
• Review, report and validate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities performed in the field.
• Ensure daily monitoring of the SCADAs and updates in the CMMS (Fiix) and verify that the system remains fully operational for data extraction and reporting.
• Manage, monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, identifying gaps and proposing corrective actions.
