Manitowoc, international leader in providing premium lifting solutions with Potain and Grove brands, is looking for a Sales Administrator to be based in our offices in Lainate (MI) to assists the sales Director and Sales Area Manager for mobile product line in the processing and administrative follow-up of mobilecrane orders. Main Responsibilities in the Role - New order review : Shipping procurement and logistic consultant. IPC managment and costs analisys. SOC managment if any. - New order processing: data entry, inputing correct specifications and customer data in the systems (SAP, Baan ); laising with factories and other head office departments - Order follow-up and execution: communication with Operations & Planning regarding delivery schedule and plan; with Finance reagarding means of payment; provide feed-back and information to customer / dealer; invoicing and maintenance of data in COB. Road homologation and registration managment. - Communciation: close communication with sales manager and sales director to escalate any issues and provide any information required about deliveries, financing and contractual conformity. - General assistance: consolidation and recording of sales forecast data provided by sales manager and validated by sales Director.Communication and coordination with service. To be Successful in this Role - Fluent in English - EXcel mastering for reporting tool. - Capacity to work in a complex & cross organisation & multicultural environement - SAP knowledge - Good communication skills & Team working - Customer Focus - Problem solving
