How you’ll contribute
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to support our Business growth by optimizing Lead Management processes and improving marketing-to-sales conversion efficiency.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate tracking and handling of marketing-generated leads, facilitating alignment between Marketing and Sales teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of conversion rates throughout the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and ensure the accurate qualification, assignment, and follow-up of leads across all funnel stages.
* Analyze marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and effective management of longer sales cycles.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards tracking key performance indicators (lead generation, MQL, SQL, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, etc.).
* Design and optimize lead management workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
* Manage and continuously improve CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment across teams.
Qualifications
We are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
* Strong understanding of marketing performance and conversion metrics (CPL, CAC, MQL→SQL, ROI, conversion rate, etc.).
* Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
