We are looking for a passionate Client Service Intern to join our Client Service team in our Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
* Control of the operativity of the regional Client Service;
* Reporting;
* Creation and maintenance of the bug ticketing;
* Update of the Client Service procedures following the general guidelines;
* From an ECommerce wise ordinary maintenance of the: FAQ, templates, procedures, CS contact info on on .com/APP/NL/Delivery Notes/ecc, Ecom & CS tools UAT.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong passion for fashion and omnichannel solutions;
* Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving, handling difficult and high-pressure situations;
* English fluency in speech and writing. Mastery of another language would be a plus.
