CRM Intern for the Digital & Data Team based in Milan.
Job Description
* Creation, configuration, and monitoring of CRM campaigns.
* Support in customer database segmentation using demographic, behavioral, and purchase‑based criteria.
* Analysis of campaign performance and preparation of KPI reports (open rate, CTR, conversions, churn, retention).
* Updating and maintenance of the customer database, ensuring data quality and consistency.
* Support in designing automated customer journeys.
* Contribution to the development of customer engagement and loyalty strategies.
* Content creation for CRM campaigns.
* Collaboration with e‑commerce, digital, marketing, and IT teams on cross‑functional activities.
About You
* Background in marketing or economics studies.
* Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
* Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, and data‑driven strategies.
