Your ability to build strong relationships, navigate labor relations, and partner with leadership will be key to success. /ppbr/ppbWHAT YOU WILL DO /b /ppbr/pp As HR Business Partner, you will: /ppbr/pullibLead industrial relations /b: manage relationships with unions and works councils to ensure operational continuity in our warehouses, prevent and resolve disputes, and support the business in negotiations. /lilibDrive talent acquisition /b: oversee external recruitment with agencies and support internal hiring and induction in collaboration with our Talent Management team. /lilibFoster people growth /b: support development plans, career paths, training initiatives, and mandatory learning programs for our employees. /lilibEnable organizational change /b: contribute to change management, mitigate people-related risks, optimize labor costs, and support salary review processes with the CB team. /lilibPartner with operations /b: provide HR support to Line Managers, facilitate special projects, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. /lilibSupport administration /b: collaborate with Payroll Admin on key processes such as attendance, disability compliance, and other HR administration. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /b /pp We’re seeking an HR professional with: /pullibAt least 5 years of HR experience /b in complex or multinational environments, with a bstrong preference for logistics or industrial settings /b. /liliProven experience in bunion/works council management /b and solid knowledge of Italian labor law. /liliStrong binterpersonal and relationship-building skills /b, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. /liliA Master’s degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or related fields. /liliFluency in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). /liliA results-oriented mindset, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage complex issues with autonomy. /liliNegotiation skills and experience leading projects or initiatives. /liliWillingness to travel across sites when required. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE OFFER /b /pp At CEVA, we reward commitment and performance.
